Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at Annymark.com. We take pride in the quality of our clothing and want to ensure your experience is seamless. Please read our refund, exchange, and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Return & Exchange Policy

Our return window lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If more than 3 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags still attached
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • Only items explicitly marked as returnable on the product page are eligible
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required

Note: Items returned without meeting these conditions may be rejected and returned back to you.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Items not marked as returnable on their product pages
  • Items returned after the 3-day return window
  • Items that are used, washed, stained, damaged (due to customer handling), or missing original tags/packaging
  1. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items Only)

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

If you received a defective or damaged item:

  • Please email us at info@annymark.com within 3 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, photos of the defect/damage, and a description
  • Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement item at no additional cost, and cover return shipping for the damaged item.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery.
  • For replacement, exchange, or damaged products, we will process the exchange within 5 days of receiving the returned product. The replacement item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter.
  1. Refunds

Refunds are only provided for eligible returnable items, and are subject to:

  • Inspection and approval by our quality control team
  • A restocking fee (deducted from your refund amount)
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout

You will receive a notification once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, refund will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  1. Restocking Fee

All eligible returns are subject to a restocking fee. The exact amount or percentage will be outlined during your return request or on the product page (if applicable).

  1. Shipping Costs
  • Return shipping for defective/damaged items: Covered by us
  • Return shipping for all other reasons (e.g., size issues, change of mind): Paid by the customer
  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  1. Order Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

  1. Gift Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items received as gifts unless they meet the standard eligibility criteria and are returned by the original purchaser.
